Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
repos was not by company owning car, but by thief
basically, someone with company truck,uniforms repossed my car,3 years ago. company holding lein accused me of hiding he car later. talked to my neighbors to see if the car was there at my house. this was 3 years ago.
today i recieved a letter saying my car was in their shop over a year,if I want it I can pay the repair bill, for the car that was repossed 3 years ago.the company, ugly duckling is not on the title. also in ther letter is a question if I sold the car to this person would i bgring the title to them!also,they said i had 30 days or a mechs leinwill happen. dateonletter14may datemailed 28aug2004

Let your insurance company know where the car is.
