Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Reposession on car when you can't find it
I sold a vehicle to a friend who is in default since March. We wrote up a contract and she has moved. I have no forwarding information other than her name. What would you recommend? Thank you for your time.

Now days everybody is somewhere. Almost anybody can be found on the internet. You could pay a private investigator to find her. Good Luck.
