Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Repossesion?

we purchased a recreational vehicle through a reputable credit company a few years ago and have now been charged extra the past 2 months. We have asked them to waive their petty charges and they refuse. I do not want to continue to make payments to this company and was wondering if i should allow a reposssesion of this property or what should i do? Since they will not budge and i do not want ot pay an extra penny anymore for prperty i do not want. What is the right thing to do?

Re: Repossesion?

never agree to a repossession or foreclosure..it is totally destructive of your credit...pay the amount agreed..and mitigate the petty items but if substantial, you could take to small claims Court up to $5000...if your complaints are correct..small claims in Texas is the Justice of the Peace....
