Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Repossession after they gave me a 5 day notice
I received a ltr from the car dealership. they gave me 5 days to get caught up on my account or they would turn it over to a creditor and repossess the car. The car was repossessed the day before I received the notice. The letter was dated for the 6th but not mailed until the 8th. Am I still responsible for the repossession fees?
