Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Return of motorcycle purchased from another individual
I purchased a motorcycle from an individual on Friday. Today is Sunday. Is there a ''cooling off period'' if I should change my mind and want to get my money back? Or am I stuck with my original poor decision?

There's no legal cooling off period, but he may take it back for a slight fee (a re-stocking charge, as it were).
