return used vehicle
My husband purchased a vehicle 5/29/08 and my step daughter co-signed. Can my husband return the vehicle without her signature?

When one returns property it is the same as repossessed...and stays on your credit forever...and affects both him and her..It is better to try to find a buyer..or someone who could take over payments..but there is NO advantage to taking it back
