When do roomates have the right to evict you?

When you decidee you do not want your roomates to live with you any more and you want to kick them out how long do they have legally to stay at your residence if their name is not listed on the lease as an occupant or renter.

Depends upon how frequently they pay a portion of the rent. If monthly, they have a month. If weekly, they have a week. If never, then three days.

Bear in mind that you may still have to go to court to evict them if they don't wish to go quietly.
