Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

RV Purchase

We purchased a new RV. The first time we pulled it and set it up, it had major problems. The first time it rained, we found 2 bad leaks. This was 2 weeks ago. We had to move 6 hours away for work and the local dealers can't get to it for several weeks. What are our rights? Can we make them get us another RV?

I don't know of any way that YOU are going to make them do anything. You've already seen the results of those efforts when they put your repairs on the "weeks" schedule. There are legal remedies available to you. You would have to hire a lawyer. Good Luck.

Go to a consumer's lawyer in your area..and expect to be told what it will cost..and what your rights may be..then make up your mind what to do..yes..there are rights..most are in the contract..some are deceptive trade practices law..
