I was scammed by a magazine company and its really hurting my credit what can i do ?

Write to the credit bureau(s) - paper letters - no phone calls or emails. Lick a 44-cent stamp.
Tell the credit bureau exactly what happened, and demand that they remove this from your credit report.
They have no interest in reporting information that isn't true.
