selling demos
can you sale an album that is stamped ''demo not for sale'' if the record is like 40 yrs old without repercussions or can you be sued by the manfacturer or the artist?

Depends on what you're selling it for. As a collectible item, it's quite salable. If sold primarily for the contents, it's not for sale.
