Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Selling homemade gourmet dog snacks
Are there any laws regulating an individual who sells homemade dog and cat snacks? I have a company name, made the treats, and put the ingredients on the label. My concern is that I need a license or that the law require something else for me to do.

They don't cover this exact issue in law school; so most attorneys would need to research it and then advise you. It shouldn't take much time.
