Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Shop took my money and ran.
I had my car in the shop, with $3500 down on the job. It was $6000 total to complete the work, which was never started. The Company, an LLC in the state of Texas, Closed, never completed the repair, and took my money. Do I have ANY legal recourse to get this money back?
