Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
never signed my automobile lease agreement
I lease my car in Jun of '06 and was looking over the paperwork and realized that i never actually signed the lease agreement. i did sign other paperwork for the service and maintanance contract, but never signed the actual lease. Is there a way to be let out of the lease, or possibly get my money already paid back?

Re: never signed my automobile lease agreement
Most likely you did sign their copy of the lease. But if you didn't, then you may be able to end the lease.
