co signed car loan
I co signed a car loan with a woman I was not married to and we split up, see has the car and wont refinance to take my name off. What is my recourse?

You're OK so long as she keeps making the payments. If she stops, you'll be on the hook for them (that's what co-signing means). Then the probable best course would be to make the payments and sue her for reimbursement (unless your credit is already shot).
