Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Small claims against the delivery of damaged furniture
I want to file a claim against a company that is in another state. I had furniture that arrived damaged and they won't do anything about it. From what I have been reading about the procedure about filing a claim it sounds as though I have to travel to the state where the company is even though I live in another state. Is this true or is there a way to file a claim in my state? If so, how do I go about filing the claim?

An attorney will need to review your agreement.
