Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Sold Contract
My Security Contract was sold to different company. What are my legal responsibilities with new company. Am I obligated to complete this contract even though I don't care for the new security company? I would like to cancel this contract since Guardian sold out to ASG. Do I have any recourse?

Re: Sold Contract
Your obligations remain the same, even though the contract was sold to a different outfit. Of course their obligations under the contract also remain the same. If they breach it, you have an out.
