Statute of limitations on credit cards
I live in Texas and have been receiving
calls about a credit card bill that has
been charged off since 2004 and how long can I be called about this?

There is no deadline on how long they can call. The statute of limitations for suit on a debt in Texas is four years. So, if the 4 years has expired, they may try to collect but they cannot threaten to sue since the statute has expired. You can always send them a letter to cease and desist from calling you.
