how do you stop phone calls that are not for eny one in your home that come 6 10 a day all night i have had the # changed and un listed but with in 48 hw. they start agin had to pay 36 $ fo that and did nuthing

More of a practical, than a legal, suggestion would be to have the phone company block the number.
