Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Store Pricing
I wanted to purchase a two rings on two different days from Wal-Mart. Each time they rang up, they were priced much higher than the list price. I spoke with the GM of the store and he told me that I had to pay the higher price, which was 300 dollars more. Is this correct? I called their corporate office, but they will get back with me, they say.

Re: Store Pricing
When you say 'list' price, you mean the advertised price at the store? This sounds like a DTPA action, and if not resolved in your favor, consider notifying the OAG and filing suit.
