Purchased a New Pop-Up Trailer Nov. 2005. Sale price w/o TTL is about $11,600.00. Took camping the first time (09-3,4,5-2006) when opened the sink was on the floor, there is alot of visible rotted wood, door fell off hinges, air conditioner leaks and does not cool, tail lights are also falling off. After speaking to the salesman that sold me this trailer, and being told by their technician to trade it in on a hard back because ''pop-ups don't cool worth a damm'' I expressed how unhappy I was with their misrepresented product. They offered to give me a trade in of $5,500.00 when my pay off is $9,200.00. Not only have I lost the $4,000.00 that I have already paid on this rotten trailer but then I will be upside down on trade in for the pay off. They want to fix what is visible but as all know ''no one pays good money for a new trailer that is rotten and needs repair''. What are my options if any on a situation such as this?
