Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Can I sue a car dealership for harassment for multiply calls in one day for situations that have already been taken care of.

You can always sue but you may end up paying if your suit is not considered to be based on a real issue. Multiple calls in ONE day does not sound like a sustainable lawsuit.
