One can pretty much sue anyone for anything. The question is whether or not your case has merit. As a general rule, a person files a suit to recover damages or to otherwise seek redress against the defendant. In other words, you have to suffer some sort of injury from seeing the rock inside the package. There may be applicable statutes regarding safe food products, however unless you have suffered some form of injury or damage, the manufacturer will not be terribly inclined to consider your claim.
