Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
If I sued for "Battery", How much could I sue for? Sueing Owner and 4 staff members.

no money limit but u mus tprove damages...ie lost income/medical bills/pain suffering etc is for the judge or jury...but if in small claims, limit $10,000 if other court..u will not win wo a lawyer
