Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
sued by thrid party creditor
My husband was sued by a 3rd party collection agency, we hired a lawyer, they were not able to procduce any proof of debit and droped the suit. It is still showing up on his credit report and they keep adding money to the debt. Can they do still do this? it is now past statue of limt. can they sue again, and How do i get it off his credit report
