Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
being sued
I had a truck financed through Union Acceptance Corporation back in 2000, It was repossed in 2002. Union Acceptance sold the debt and now The company that bought the debt wants to sue me for $20,000.00, What are my options and can they really do this?
