Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
The Tae Kwon Do studio my sons went to, continued drafting my account after I had paid the 25% remaining balance fee to cancel the contract. I made the mistake of verbally agreeing to this on the phone without going in person to sign anything, is there anything I can do to get my money back?

1. If they're still drafting your bank account, go down to your bank and close out the account (and open up a new one with a new account number).
2. Write to the Tae Kwon Do folks and demand your money back (don't use a telephone, and don't send an email. This will be a PAPER letter). Date the letter, and keep a copy, and send it CERTIFIED (the postage will be $5.54). The letter could go like this:
Dear Sensei Roberts,
After I canceled my contract with you on August 2, 2009, you drafted my bank account for a total of $124.88. I'm sure this was a mistake on your part. I assume that you will refund my money. If you do not do so by December 27, 2009, I will sue you.
