Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
While in a tire center to have my tires balanced, the operator of the machine damaged two of my wheels. Must I file a law suit to have these replaced.
Owner has committed to replacing only one.

If you are unable to resolve the matter yourself, then your other option is file a lawsuit in JP court. Some communities have dispute resolution centers within the BBB or Chamber of Commerce. You may want to check around and see if your town offers a mediation service for consumers.
