Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
trading items verbally
if you made a verbal agreement two years ago to trade items. can one party decide he wants his item back and it be legal for him to take action to trade again even if you do not want to?

No and he cannot come on your premises uninvited to take back his so-called "property". That is called trespassing and theft.
