Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

What can be done when an online travel agency arranges plans for air and an all inclusive resort knowingly changes the plans but doesn't tell anyone? After arriving, a second party must find out where the couple are to be transferred to. The couple are have incurred charges to be transferred and were in fear of their lives.

Well, of course, you can sue them for the damages you incurred. You will need to first sit down with an attorney, and review the contracts and the events that transpired to find out if you have a viable cause of action.
