Truck Damaged at Sonic Industries drive-in parking slot
I and son pulled 2002 Alvanche into drive-in to get drinks and Mexican guy couldn't hear order. I pull into drive-in park slot get order for drink and driving out the piece sticking out from the order box catches unto my left front end of truck dents and scratches it. Is Sonic liable for the damages? The manager took down information but they haven't called me yet and it's been over week. What should I do?

What did Sonic do wrong such that they should be liable for the damage to your Avalanche?
If you can explain what duty they had to you, how they breached that duty, and how that breach caused you injury, then Sonic may be liable.
