Truth in Advertising
When a product is advertisied on the Internet for a specified price, does the seller have to honor the price ? The question relates to when the seller verbally states the price is in error, but within 24 hours has not corrected the sales price on the Internet.

Unless the ad says that the price is subject to change without notice, they are bound by their published price unless it's obviously in error.
But consider the cost of trying to enforce that price. Particularly if the seller is an individual rather than an established business enterprise. That's almost like insisting on your right-of-way when an 18-wheeler is running a red light. Legally correct, but not smart.
