Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
TV repair man picked up my flat screen tv for repair and now we can't get him to return it. TV is worth about $1100. Police say it's a civil matter because he didn't steal it we gave it to him for repair and we have to take him to small claims court. Filed a complaint with the BBB. If I win a judgement in court how do I get the money or the TV if it's possible?

You should consider filing a suit in small claims court. TX Small Claims Courts have a $10,000 limit on the court's jurisdiction. The aspects of collecting a judgment can prove to be difficult but there are multiple options available.
