Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
My university's bookstore refuses to allow anyone to view our needed books or see the books information until right before fall classes begin. They are doing this to not allow anyone to get the books elsewhere. Is there a way to make them legally stop?

I don't know, but it seems that a more productive approach would be to petition the school to have the profs required to list the required textbooks' ISBN at the time of registration.
