Can a doctor charge interest on unpaid balance?

If there is an agreement signed by the patient. Sometimes this is contained on the initial patient info form. Otherwise it's usury. If you can find out if you have signed an agreement, let me know if you didn't. That would be a good case - regardless of the amount of your debt.
