vacation planning
i'm planning a golf tour/package to scotland and received a lump sum quote from a well known Golf Tour Planner. does the law afford me a method(??) to request a detailed service cost breakdown for the plan, to ensure I'm not getting ''bent over the barrel'', so to say...

You'd have to request a breakdown, but the law doesn't guarantee that you'll get it.

If you are using a well known tour, then you are inevitably going to pay for the convenience. You might as well accept this fact or do the footwork to arrange your own travel plans.
