vehicle financing
Is it breech of contract for a lender to rescind a vehicle finance loan after approval has be granted and the borrow has possesion of the vehicle, but before the first payment is made or due?

It depends upon the language of the contract. Or it could be a widely-practiced scam called "dehorsing". I suggest you file a complaint with the consumer protection division of the attorney general's office.
