Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
My vehicle was repoed and I've contacted the dealer to pay the balance owed but they have not gotten back to me is there any laws that can help me?

Sue the dealer immediately for breach of contract, and in connection with the lawuit, ask for a temporary injunction to prohibit him from disposing of the car.
