vehicle reposession
how long do i have to reclaim vehicle and property after it is reposessed?

There is no set time. Finance company is required to send you a letter telling you when the car will be sold. You have until the date of sale. If they don't send you the letter, you have significant remedies against finance company including that they are barred from collecting any deficiency.
