Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Used Vehicle Return to Dealership
Purchased '03 F150 at a dealership where all credit approved. Dealership never tells price of vehicle till all paperwork complete. I was suckered into a vehicle at $15,933.00 when you can purchase them all day long for $8K to $9K. I feel they scammed me, big time. Can I return this vehicle to the dealership and cancel the contract with the finance company since it hasn't been 30 days yet?

Re: Used Vehicle Return to Dealership
No you can't.
You signed a contract that disclosed the price of the vehicle.
