Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Vehicle Title
My father purchased a truck last month from a car dealership and it is financed through a local bank with a four-year loan. Last week he received the original vehicle title with the lienholder listed as 'None'. Who should we contact, we don't know who forgot to record the lien, the dealership or the bank.

Re: Vehicle Title
You should notify the bank, and let them take care of looking after themselves.
