Re: Which Warranty Deed Form To File
This should have been handled at the time of the divorce. Does the decree award the property to you as your sole and separate property? If so, it serves as a muniment of title. Is she now willing to sign a deed to you? Is there a mortgage? Is she on the mortgage as well? These are issues to resolve.
