Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
warranty for goods purchased
I'm in a dispute with a certain retail store in which I made a purchase. On my receipt in the salesperson--name removed--handwriting is an extended warranty for 2 years. What will happen if I return to use the extended warranty and they use their right to refusal of servicing me? Do I have any recourse?

Re: warranty for goods purchased
If you have an enforceable warranty, and the warrantor refuses to honor it, you can sue them.
