Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Wedding Photographer Doesn't Deliver
I was married 3-15-08, the photographer still has not delivered my photo package. I have not received a response to any of my emails since October 2008. I want to know if I can file a lawsuit against him, demanding my completed photo package. He was paid in full two weeks before my wedding and the contract states he is obligated to deliver within 2 months of the wedding date.
