Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Three weeks ago my son drove over a petroleum valve sticking out of the concrete at the 7-11 in our area and busted my oil pan which cost $300.00 in damages. This past week end I drove over the same valve at the same location and did the same thing. I am now without a vehicle and out of $600.00. What recourse do I have to file a claim against the 7-11 location for dmages cause by the
valve which sticks up to far?

File a claim with 7-11, and if they refuse to reimburse you, sue them in Justice of the Peace court. The judge may ask you why you drove over it again.
