Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I went to work for a company, they paid off my vehicle, there was no contract or bill of sale and i have not signed the title over. I terminated my employement with them and kept the vehicle. I need to know where we both stand on me paying them back for the vehicle.

It sounds as if their paying off the vehicle was (partial) compensation for the work you did. It sounds as if you don't owe them anything.
You may also owe income tax on the amount they paid.
