wrong delivery
how long should I wait before I use a computer that was delivered to me by mistake. I informed the conpany. they said they will send the delivery company to pick it up. It has been two months now?

When you receive merchandise from a seller by mail delivery, that you did not order, it is a gift.
Under federal law you are not even obligated to advise the company of the mistake, however, it is a good idea to do so, to protect yourself from future unauthorized billing.
