Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Can a one year pest service contract automatically renew for an additional year unless 30 day notice is given? If terminated with less than 30 day notice, must I pay the full 2nd year's service fees?

You should terminate and state clearly you will not pay. You may lose in a court case but do not volunteer payment...as in most cases such contracts are odius...ie prepared by seller..and in small print....etc..but service rarely sues unless for substantial sum..No easy legal answer...and in my opinion no moral obligation as service will have not performed on second year to any extent...
