Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

2nd Mortgage default

Prior to the finalization of my divorce my home was forclosed on. Since then the home was sold at auction but left the full balance of the 2nd outstanding. What are my options on disposing of this debt?

Your options are to either pay it off or file for bankruptcy.
