Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My 17.5 year old daughter left home in June 2009. I reported her as a runaway as she turned 18 in Dec 2009. During her time away, she was still under my health insurance. During June to Dec 2009 she received medical care for her pregnancy and gave birth. Louisiana and Texas medicaid paid for the services but have filed claims with my personal health insurance for reimbursement which were denied. Who is ultimately responsible for these medical bills if Medicaid decides they should not have paid? Thank you for your assistance.
