Abstract Of Judgement
I have and abstract judgement and i want to pay it but the apartment complex i owe won't take it because a creditor owns it and they wont take it because they say i can't pay the judgement without paying the the collections part. Can they refuse a payment of an abstract judgement?

Re: Abstract Of Judgement
The abstract of judgment shows everything the court has awarded; principal, pre-judgment interest, costs of court, attorney fees, and post-judgment interest. They can't demand more than that. But they don't have to accept less than that.
